After order is placed, we will begin to handle with the order. Usually, it takes 3~5 business days to get the order to be packed, as the items are fragile, so we will need to use strength package and the wooden case outside to protect the product inside.

Customized lamps are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.
For non-customized orders:
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by replying directly to your order confirmation email. After 24 hours, as long as the lamp has not been shipped, you may still request a cancellation; however, a handling fee will apply (please contact us for details). If the lamp has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may submit a return request once you receive the product, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund
Return & Refund Policy
To provide a happy and satisfactory shopping experience, Kevin Studious provides a 30-days return policy. Upon request, we can also send pictures and videos for the buyer to check and inspect the item(s) before shipping them out (zoom meeting is also acceptable).
After receiving the package, please make sure inspect it within 30 natural days.
If there is any damage, please send pictures with the order number to us by email(info@kevinstudious.com), free replacement will be sent by express.
If you want to return the products, please make sure they are in the following condition:
1. The return request must be submitted with 30 natural days after the package(s) is/are delivered.

4. Lamp(s) must be in original package, and all the accessories, especially for crystals must be wrapped and put inside originally.If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well.
Return Cost:
1. If the return reason is for our reason(damages or defects of the product, wrong product) return is free, and there is no extra cost.
2. If the return is for the clients’ personal reason, for example, change of mind, incorrect shipping address or post code, design, size or finishes not suitable, too heavy etc. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.
Exchange of goods
An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.
· Only standard regular product range are eligible for exchange.
· Customized or personalized chandeliers may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
· If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange.
· If the exchange is due to a change of preference or any other reason not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for both shipping costs.
Order Cancellation Customzed items are not eligible for cancellation. For non- customzed orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmaton emai. After that,you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a processing fee will be charged（Please contact us to know more details). Once the produrct is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.

Refunds

I absolutely LOVE the modern crystal round gold branch chandelier!
It certainly is a show stopper!! The package came crated in a wooden box and arrived in great condition.
I think two things are to be noted. First, if the hanging electrical wire were gold, it would have been more appropriate than the blue/gray electrical cord that it came with.
Second, where the crystals hang on the branches, there were a few that were not perforated to hang the hand full of crystal strands that I had left. Therefore, I found myself burrowing out a few areas to hang the ones left.
Overall, would definitely buy again, gorgeous!!

Yes, we are able to provide you the shop drawing based on your space size, for example, if you are looking for a chandelier for your dining table, but not sure whether it will work, you can send us your table size, and we will get back with a shop drawing so you can see how it looks.
Is it difficult to install a chandelier?
It is not a diffcult thing to install a chandelier, we will include the installation instruction inside the package, and will also send trail assembling pictures and videos, so that you can see how it works. Installation will need to be done by the professional electrician.
