Return & Refund Policy

To provide a happy and satisfactory shopping experience, Kevin Studious provides a 30-days return policy. Upon request, we can also send pictures and videos for the buyer to check and inspect the item(s) before shipping them out (zoom meeting is also acceptable).

After receiving the package, please make sure inspect it within 30 natural days.

If there is any damage, please send pictures with the order number to us by email (info@kevinstudious.com), free replacement will be sent by express.

If you want to return the products, please make sure they are in the following condition:

1. The return request must be submitted with 30 natural days after the package(s) is/are delivered.

2. The product is/are listed on our website. Only standard products can be returned. (Products produced based on the buyer’s requirements cannot be returned)

3. Lamp(s) must be new and unused.

4. Lamp(s) must be in original package, and all the accessories, especially for crystals must be wrapped and put inside originally. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well. 

Return Cost:

1. If the return reason is for our reason(damages or defects of the product, wrong product) return is free, and there is no extra cost.

2. If the return is for the clients’ personal reason, for example, change of mind, incorrect shipping address or post code, design, size or finishes not suitable, too heavy etc. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.

Exchange of goods:

An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.

Only standard regular product range are eligible for exchange.

Customized or personalized chandeliers may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange.

If the exchange is due to a change of preference or any other reason not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for both shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a processing fee will be charged(Please contact us to know more details). Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled. 

Please following the process below to return a product.

1. Submit the return request

Please send pictures and videos of the package with your order number to info@kevinstudious.com

1. Your return request will be handled with 1~2 business days, and our customer service team will guide you how to return the package. Make sure the product is unused and in original package.

2. Return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Notes: Our warehouse will inspect the conditions for the product inside, we suggest you using a reliable and traceable carrier. Kindly provide us the tracking information as soon as the package(s) sent out.

3. We will inspect the package in 3~4 business days after the package is delivered, and update you the status. Refund will be issued within 1~2 business days after the inspection is done.

Refunds

After the inspection is done, the refund will be initiated, we will send a refund confirmation, it will take around 5~7 business days for the payment to be refunded to the card which you made the payment.

If you still did not receive the refund after 5~7 working days, please contact us(info@kevinstudious.com) we will be following from our side and send I refund tracking ID so that you can check with your bank.
