Order Processing time
After order is placed, we will begin to handle with the order. Usually, it takes 3~5 business days to get the order to be packed, as the items are fragile, so we will need to use strength package and the wooden case outside to protect the product inside.
Shipping Cost and Shipping Time
Kevin Studious offers free standard shipping for all orders.
Currently we are shipping to United States only.
Order delivery time = Order preparation time + transportation time = 7~13 days

Transportation time: 4~8 days
Shipping: Free Shipping.
(For oversized items, which diameter larger than 127 cm or 50 inches, we will use sea transportation, which usually takes 4-6 weeks. Please be patient and wait. Maritime transportation is conducive to ensuring the stability of the product transportation process.)
Track My Order
Tracking number with the carrier information will be provided with 1~2 business day after your order is shipped out. You will be able to track the status of your package on the carrier website.
If you are not able to track the package with the tracking number provided, please contact us(info@kevinstudious.com). In rare cases, tracking number might be updated, we will have the issues solved within 48 hours
Order Cancellation
Customized lamps are non-cancellable once the order has been placed.
For non-customized orders:
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by replying directly to your order confirmation email. After 24 hours, as long as the lamp has not been shipped, you may still request a cancellation; however, a handling fee will apply (please contact us for details). If the lamp has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may submit a return request once you receive the product, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
About taxes
The import taxes and duties are already included in the price listed on the website.
Damages caused by transportation
If there is any damages or defects caused by transportation, please kindly contact us at info@kevinstudious.com, Free replacement will be sent by express after we receiving the request.

Kevin Studious offers a two-year warranty on all products listed on our website (excluding bulbs).
If any quality issues arise with an installed lamp within two years, please send photos and videos with your order number and a description of the problem to info@kevinstudious.com. Our engineers will respond within 12 hours. (Note: Lamp installation must be performed by a professional electrician; issues caused by improper installation are not covered by this warranty.)
If the problem is caused by a faulty lamp component (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.), we will ship a replacement free of charge. For other issues, such as electrical faults or other complex situations, our engineers will assist in identifying the problem and resolve it within 1-2 business days.
Note: Damage caused by improper use of the lamp or damage caused by human error is not covered by our warranty.
After two years, the replacement service remains free of charge. You will only need to pay for shipping for the replacement component. We will continue to provide technical support to help you resolve any issues you may encounter.

Return & Refund Policy
To provide a happy and satisfactory shopping experience, Kevin Studious provides a 30-days return policy. Upon request, we can also send pictures and videos for the buyer to check and inspect the item(s) before shipping them out (zoom meeting is also acceptable).
After receiving the package, please make sure inspect it within 30 natural days.
If there is any damage, please send pictures with the order number to us by email (info@kevinstudious.com), free replacement will be sent by express.
If you want to return the products, please make sure they are in the following condition:
1. The return request must be submitted with 30 natural days after the package(s) is/are delivered.
2. The product is/are listed on our website. Only standard products can be returned. (Products produced based on the buyer’s requirements cannot be returned)
3. Lamp(s) must be new and unused.
4. Lamp(s) must be in original package, and all the accessories, especially for crystals must be wrapped and put inside originally. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well.
Return Cost:
1. If the return reason is for our reason(damages or defects of the product, wrong product) return is free, and there is no extra cost.
2. If the return is for the clients’ personal reason, for example, change of mind, incorrect shipping address or post code, design, size or finishes not suitable, too heavy etc. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.
Exchange of goods:
An exchange is the equivalent of returning the goods and repurchasing them.
Only standard regular product range are eligible for exchange.
Customized or personalized chandeliers may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange.
If the exchange is due to a change of preference or any other reason not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for both shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a processing fee will be charged(Please contact us to know more details). Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.
Please following the process below to return a product.
1. Submit the return request
Please send pictures and videos of the package with your order number to info@kevinstudious.com
1. Your return request will be handled with 1~2 business days, and our customer service team will guide you how to return the package. Make sure the product is unused and in original package.
2. Return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Notes: Our warehouse will inspect the conditions for the product inside, we suggest you using a reliable and traceable carrier. Kindly provide us the tracking information as soon as the package(s) sent out.
3. We will inspect the package in 3~4 business days after the package is delivered, and update you the status. Refund will be issued within 1~2 business days after the inspection is done.
Refunds
After the inspection is done, the refund will be initiated, we will send a refund confirmation, it will take around 5~7 business days for the payment to be refunded to the card which you made the payment.
If you still did not receive the refund after 5~7 working days, please contact us(info@kevinstudious.com) we will be following from our side and send I refund tracking ID so that you can check with your bank.

When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. After your order has been successfully processed and shipped, we will update you with your logistics tracking number via email or SMS. We will also update you with the logistics dispatch notification in email and SMS when your goods are about to be delivered.
Yes, it can be dimmed, the dimmer is the bulb itself, not the chandelier; the bulb we provide is dimmable for brightness; you just need to install a regular dimmer
The bulbs of our lamps are available in cool and warm light; you can choose the color temperature of the light source according to your preference;
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Secondly, there have been many buyers who have placed orders with us and they are satisfied with the products they received, so you don’t have to worry too much. Finally, if there is a problem, we will also give you a timely solution.
