If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time info@kevinstudious.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products).
