Product warranty:all our products have a 2-year warranty (except bulbs). Please rest assured. If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time info@kevinstudious.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). Yes, it can be dimmed, the dimmer is the bulb itself, not the chandelier; the bulb we provide is dimmable for brightness; you just need to install a regular dimmer
The bulbs of our lamps are available in cool and warm light; you can choose the color temperature of the light source according to your preference;
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Secondly, there have been many buyers who have placed orders with us and they are satisfied with the products they received, so you don’t have to worry too much.
