In the wake of severe storms, our skilled artisans in Mexico venture into the forests to recover fallen Mexican ash trees, salvaging as many as possible. Each log is meticulously oyster-cut, arranged, and hand-stained, then combined with pieces of sustainably sourced European ash burl to craft stunning, mosaic-like surfaces. The bases, made from naturally oxidized metal, provide an ideal contrast, culminating in the distinctive, rustic elegance of our exceptional Polanco Collection.

Crafted by hand from oyster-cut fragments of reclaimed Mexican ash and sustainably sourced European ash burl, each piece is a testament to artisanal skill. A reactive finish, applied by hand, enhances the wood's inherent beauty and tonal variations, followed by a protective layer of acrylic lacquer for durability. The oyster-cut wood may exhibit natural characteristics such as cracks, scorch marks, water stains, and unique grain patterns, which do not compromise the quality or functionality of the piece. The base, constructed from steel panels weathered naturally to develop a rich patina of dimples and speckles, adds a distinctive touch. As part of this collection, every item is meticulously crafted from natural materials with hand-applied finishes, ensuring that variations in color, pattern, shape, and texture make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Product warranty:all our products have a 2-year warranty (except bulbs). Please rest assured. If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time info@kevinstudious.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge(we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).

When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. Yes, it can be dimmed, the dimmer is the bulb itself, not the chandelier; the bulb we provide is dimmable for brightness; you just need to install a regular dimmer
The bulbs of our lamps are available in cool and warm light; you can choose the color temperature of the light source according to your preference;
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Secondly, there have been many buyers who have placed orders with us and they are satisfied with the products they received, so you don’t have to worry too much. Finally, if there is a problem, we will also give you a timely solution.

The product package size is less than 40 inches, we use express delivery such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.; the transportation time is generally 7-14 days;
